As COO/CPO of multinationals and managing director of mid-sized, I have +20 years of international sourcing & procurement, supply chain and operations experience from large complex engineering, process and transportation companies. I have lead and executed transformation programs to optimize processes, cut costs and improve the customer experience by implementing efficient and effective systems to increase the overall productivity of the organization, while retaining the creative spark that drives the company.

Mr. Finn Baagøe Hansen is the Regional Compliance Officer, for Siemens A/S, Denmark. He has been responsible for the implementation of good corporate governance, financial reporting, and auditing practices and has truly been involved in getting the global electrical and engineering company back on the GRC track. Finn has previous spoken at the Copenhagen Compliance Conference on various compliance-related allegations, including bribery issues, the need for change in leadership, various settlements regarding Siemens clean sweep.

Kersi Porbunderwalla is a Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consultant with extensive experience in analysing, documenting, structuring, processes and procedures, risk assessment and project management. He is also a recognized speaker and GRC expert on operational and IT issues throughout Scandinavia and Europe. His consultancy, courses and development of compliance tools is based on over 30 years of accounting & finance experience as CFO/CEO in Blue Chip corporations.

After his early retirement as Business Controller from ExxonMobil in 2005, Kersi has solved governance, risk, compliance and IT issues with several major multinationals like IBM, Shell and Volvo. During his professional career in GRC related activities, he has also;

• Custom-made Compliance, Risk and Governance, ISO20000 and ITIL presentations for management of IBM, Danish Financial Analyst Association, Shell, Ängpannaforeningen, Resouces Global Professionals, Lundin Mining, NetCompany, Encore, Software Innovation, US Embassy, Skanska and several others
• Acted as Principal Keynote speaker on Compliance, Risk and Governance conferences in Warsaw, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo

Kersi is graduate in Accounting and Finance, member of the Danish Financial Analyst Association, Confederation of Danish Industries, Danish Management Council, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Stig Nielsen heads the Office for operational risk at the Danish FSA. His office is the oversight authority for investment companies and investment banks and supervision of market risk in the major banking institutions and with IT security in the financial sector. Including lead agency oversight of shared data centers.

His Office's responsibilities also cover solvency requirements for market risks and operational risks and approving and monitoring the use of VaR and AMA models for capital adequacy of banks.

In addition, the Office is responsible for authorizing and overseeing clearing firms, including approval of foreign clearing firms.

The Office also participates in international work and performs ministerial service in the above areas. Office participates in various European groups regarding. MiFID, OTC Clearing, legal certainty and Post-trading, IT security and securities.

Stig is heavily involved with regards to The Danish EU presidency during the first half of 2012, Denmark holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

Hanna Danwall is the head of Competition Law for the Carlsberg Group. Previously ahe was the Compliance Officer at Maersk Group. She has a Master in Law from King's College London, University of London and a Master of Laws, specialised in Public International Law, EC Competition law and Enforcement of EC law from Lund (Sweden) University. Hanna has extensive experience Competition law, State aid, Public Procurement and regulatory issues as well as general EU law (such as anti-dumping duties and excise duties).

Carlos Moreno is a global researcher on Enterprise Risk Management and its adoption on organisations. He collaborates with the Management Engineering department of the Danish Technical University (DTU), where he wrote his MSc. Thesis. Additionally, he holds an Engineering Diploma on IT and Telecommunications by the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM).

Currently, he is the IT Administrator of Configit A/S, a Danish software company. There he applies his Risk Management approach to the IT field, being responsible for cyber security and data protection among other areas. He has previous experience in the Danish industry both as an entrepreneur and as part of a big company, Dong Energy.

During his period as IT and Telecommunications student, Carlos organised and participated in several conferences as member of the Board of Governors of the Spanish National Council of Telecommunications Students.

Jiri is a seasoned cloud architect who specializes in helping companies in heavily regulated industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals in their journey to the cloud. His passion is cloud security and data integration. He is also among the first round of students world-wide who have been awarded the Fintech, Future Commerce certificate issued by the Massachusetts institute of Technology in 2016.

Alan Calder is an acknowledged international cybersecurity guru and a leading author on information security and IT governance issues. He is also founder and executive chairman of IT Governance Limited, the single-source provider of products and services in the IT governance, risk management and compliance sector.
