Gareth has worked across a range of industries including telecom operators, telecom equipment manufacturers, air transport, defence, utiities and the public sector. He is currently an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and is active in the charity Shelterbox International.

Earlier in his career, he has been employed by IBM, PwC and the National Audit Office.

Dr Emmanuel Fragnière CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), is a professor of Service Design and Innovation at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO Valais). He is also a Teaching Fellow in Enterprise Risk Management at multiple universities and the School of Management. His research is focused on the development of design and risk management techniques for the service sector.
