All of above issues are easily said than done. Seize the opportunity we provide you during the ½ day on IT issues and the IT demo’s the following day. You will be able to find a way to rethink and reorganize some of your processes – in other words how to perform Business Process Improvements prior to a GRC implementation or update. Therefore we conduct an extra IT session (free) on the 8th June to ensure that you are dressed for the future requirements related to controls, processes and knowledge sharing activities in a GRC implementation project. Other activities during the morning session include organizing and holding training sessions and workshops and facilitating controls design and implementation.
