NIKIL MERANI joined Allolio&Konrad in 2006. Dr. Merani is an outstanding expert in the field of internal controls and corporate governance. His professional experience includes among a variety of other industries process optimisations and data cleansing projects at mobile operators and data carriers in the telecom industry sector. Dr. Merani gained his experience as a senior manager and authorised officer with KPMG for 6 years. His engagements included Internal Audit support, Sarbanes Oxley implementations, and strategic IT-reviews for large international and German groups covering both - the consultant and the auditor role. Prior to these positions Dr. Merani had worked with two different IT- consulting companies as a project manager in software engineering. Education: Dr. Merani holds a PhD in Physics from the Ruhruniversität Bochum and an MBA from the NIMBAS business school. Dr. Merani is a Certified Information System Auditor and a Certified Information Security Manager.
