How to be transparent, accountable and maintain oversight, on the nonfinancial reporting, documenting corporate social responsibility

The Nordic Corporate Social Responsibility approach is to make a recognized assurance improve Good Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance defaults and redesign the processes and do more than what it is generally expected of accountable global and local companies.

The annual report from businesses must now much more than just numbers, statistics, and glossy immaculate portraits of the board members. All EU companies are now also required to include elaborate non-financial information on diversity, equality, health, environment, safety and working conditions.

EU companies must additionally also disclose in the management report, information on governance policies, risk management advances, failures or defaults. Outcomes as regards to compliance, environmental matters, social and employee aspects, advances in respect to human rights issues, anticorruption and bribery concerns, and progress on diversity are some GRC components that provide vital information to investors and other stakeholders, with a more comprehensive picture of a company's performance.

The 9th annual European GRC Summit in Stockholm on the 22-23rd September at The World Trade Center will present clear guidance on the primary elements of the above components in what we call the GRC3 processes.

The conference agenda is based on a previous survey conducted so that participants will further be provided with the right guidance on the right amount of due diligence on one or more of the right GRC components, to prevent or limit future corporate calamities and avoid further distrust in the business and financial markets

Most global companies have established good governance, risk management, compliance and IT security (GRC) policies and procedures for several years, however, the aftermath of the global financial and credit crisis, demands an update, or a 'second wave' of the GRC assessment based on the new global structures.
